Cameroon international Nicolas Ngamaleu was at the heart of a pulsating encounter, scoring and assisting as Dynamo Moscow edged Akron Tolyatti 3-2 in a dramatic Russian Premier League clash.
Dynamo made a strong start and took the lead in the 21st minute when Ngamaleu calmly converted from the penalty spot, giving the visitors an early advantage at the Samara Arena.
The Cameroonian winger then turned provider in the 34th minute, setting up Arthur Gomes to double Dynamo’s lead and put the visitors firmly in control before halftime.
Akron Tolyatti responded before the break through Stefan Lončar, whose 43rd-minute strike reduced the deficit to 2-1 and reignited the contest heading into the second half.
The hosts continued to push and eventually drew level in the 89th minute, with Gilson Tavares converting from the penalty spot to make it 2-2 and set up a tense finale.
However, Dynamo Moscow had the final say deep into stoppage time, as Konstantin Tyukavin struck in the 90+5 minute to seal a dramatic 3-2 victory for the visitors.
The result lifts Dynamo to 7th place with 34 points after 24 matches, while Ngamaleu’s standout display sees him move to three goals and two assists in 15 league appearances this season.
