Honorable Koa Luc, former Executive committee member of the Cameroon football federation (FECAFOOT) has died this Thursday evening after a protracted illness.

Late Koa Luc was president of 2023 Cameroon women’s top-flight championship champions, Lekie Filles and guided the club to glory in the past few years, largely thanks to his massive investment.

Honorable Koa Luc who also served as the General Coordinator of the various national selections of Cameroon between 2014-2016 was a dedicated servant of the game.

The multi facet gentleman who served football in Cameroon for over 20 years and his death is a huge loss to the country’s football industry.

His fairytale journey with Opep FC of Garoua during the 2002 national interpools in Yaoundé plus a first place finish and runners-up finish with Lekie Filles FC in the 2023 and 2024 seasons respectively represent some of the highlights of his football career.

More to come….
