Kampala Queens have announced the signature of crested cranes midfielder Joan Nabirye on Friday afternoon.
The stylish midfielder joins the Queens of Soccer from Kenyan giants Vihiga Queens.
Joan ,has been in the country since last year after a football ban was imposed on Kenya.
Recently ,towards the end of the January transfer it was rumoured that the player was set to join top side She Corporate.
With 48 hours to the rivalry derby , Kabojja based side have unvieled Joan.She joins a side in pursuit of their first maiden FWSL trophy who are unbeaten this side.
The former Gafford player has been part of the crested cranes squad since her maiden call to the 2021 COSAFA Women Championship ,and recently at the 2022 WAFCON in Morocco.
In Kenya ,she was part of the Vihiga Queens squad that won the first edition of the CECAFA Women Champions league Zonal Qualifiers.Her experience adds much already to the invisible looking Kampala Queens side.
