Cameroonian international Didier Lamkel Ze, is set to leave Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic club less than five months after he joined the club.

The 26-year-old forward has not had enough game time in Juan Carlos Garrido Fernández’s side since joining the club on Loan from K.V. Kortrijk during the January transfer window.

The former FC Metz forward has only made two appearances for Wydad and has now confirmed that his time in the Moroccan capital is over.

I’m leaving next week for Belgium. I don’t want to stay at Wydad any longer, because I don’t play. I’m going to leave while I wait for my official termination of contract with the president of the club,” Lamkel Ze told snrtnews.com

“I informed the coach and also my teammates of my departure,” the native of Bertoua in the east region of Cameroon added.

Ze has represented five clubs in the space of 12 months, with stints at FC Khimki, FC Metz, amongst others.

He is expected to fly to Belgium next week as he awaits the final talks with WAC president, Said Naciri.
