Ikose Njuma Conrad scored his first brace of the season to help ambitious Southwest outfit, Isle of Hope Sports Academy (ISOHSA) of Limbe thump Rangers of Bafut 6-0 in an interesting anglo-saxon derby.

The recently-acquired forward plus skipper Ashu Brice Tabi, Nelson Ngange Jnr and substitute William Mukete Ayong got the goals for the Elite Two debutants as they totally outclassed their visitors.

Ikose started upfront alongside Egbe Tiku Albert and Mbeng Joel Atcho with whom he completed the switch from Victoria United FC.

Njuma on his home debut for ISOHSA scored the opener after six minutes of play, directing an Egbe Tiku corner to put the home side ahead and send over one thousand fans in the stadium into total celebration.

Njuma doubled the lead 13 minutes later, finishing a near post cross from Tambi Moki to become the first player to score a brace for the club in the Elite championship.

Ashu Kelvin Mbah on goal for the hosts was called to action deep in into the first segment when a deflected Rangers efforts nearly became the first goal against ISOHSA this season.

ISOHSA took the two-goal advantage to the break after dominating their visitors in almost every aspect.

In an almost similar start to the second segment, Ivan Yatchet Berthault scored the third just after resumption, before Ashu Brice culled in his second free-kick in his last two games to make it 4-0.

Ashu scored a free-kick in the previous game against Leopard Sportif of Douala, but this time around it was from 35 yards out.

Wilson Joseph Jnr fired home the fifth goal from 30 meters out before substitute William Mukete Ayong rounded scoring with his second goal of the season season – all from the bench.

The game finished 6-0 in favor of the hosts as they picked up their third win in four games.

ISOHSA counts ten points so far, are yet to concede this season and occupy the top spot in Pool B of the MTN Elite Two championship after four match days.

ISOHSA travels to Yaounde to face Dragon of Yaounde on Match day five of the championship on Sunday while Rangers FC welcomes Panthere that suffered a shock 2-0 defeat to Dragon in the previous round of matches.
