Tantoh Melvis and Ngah Manga scored for Lekie FF against Caiman ladies of Douala in matchday four of the Guinness Super League, a game that ended 3-0 in their favour.

Melvis registered a brace, having scored the 1st and third goal of the encounter.

Host, Caiman FC came into this encounter in search of a very first win since the start of the league season.

Raissa Nanga’s opportunity for Lekie from right inside the box failed to get into the back of the empty net following a time intervention from Jc as goalkeeper was no where near her post to make the save.

An attempt once again from Raissa Nanga resulted to a goal from a smart Ngah…cross but unfortunately the goal was chalked off as the assistant referee signal offside.

Shortly after Lekie’s goal celebration was cut short, striker, Tantoh Melvis opened scores for the visitors at the 25th minute, having deceived goalkeeper Patience blessing to slide it in to the back of the second pole.

Caiman failed to get an equalizer until the first 45 minutes elapsed, separating both sides on a 1-0 score line.

Four minutes into the last half of the game, a defense blunder from the host earned Lekie a second goal through Ngah Manga who swiftly sent in a Raissa Nanga assist.

All efforts from the girls dawn in white and red to pull one back was wasteful infront of goal as for the third time, their defense mistake was corrected by Tantoh Melvis once again at the 59’.

Ten minutes later, Lekie was awarded a penalty for a foul in the box. Raissa Nanga squandered the penalty by hitting the bar.

Coach Ndzana reinforced his back line with Orline Djutchie in place of Natasha Elam Ekosso, Tantoh Melvis for Océane Nana at the attack compartment and Kamayi Codelia brought in for Raissa Mboule at the midfield.
