Bongben Confidence scored twice as Eding Sport de la Lekie while Linda Ngatchou got the other goal as FAP outclassed Eding Sport de la Lekie 3-0 to continue their winning run in the Guinness Super League.
FAP scored the opening goal Eding Sport Filles of Lekié scored in the second minute of play. In a beautiful combination between Esterine Nyebe, Linda Ngatchou and Confidence Bongben, Danielle MAN’MESSI managed to opened score.
Fans were made to wait until the second half to see an avalanche of goals in this match. Just like in the first half, the first minutes were favourable to FAP. Bongben, well positioned in the Eding penalty area, took advantage of the unfortunate exit of Laure Jolewo, the Eding keeper, to send the ball into the net, 2-0.
Fifteen minutes later, Salamatou Tchinsou fouled Brigitte Mbomozomo and the referee whistled for a free kick. The action is played by Confidence Bongben who manages to curl the ball and pierce once again the net of Laure Jolewo, but the referee whistled and the goal is refused.

The ball doesn’t go away and comes back to the Amazons’ feet and it is Maryline Owen who arms her shot and the ball crashes into the gangs of Laure Jolewo before falling back behind the goal line. Amazone FAP’s third goal in the 78th minute.
The end of the game was a bit tense but FAP held on and secured the defensive line. At the end of the match, FAP had 29 points, while Eding Sport Filles de la Lékié was still on 25 points.
