From Elite 1 to Elite 2 and now to the Regional League, the story of OFTA Kribi

Weeks ago, OFTA Kribi became the first club to be relegated to the regional league from the MTN Elite Two championship.

The relegation of OFTA Kribi ends their epic rise to the pinnacle of Cameroon football.

Unlike Victoria United of Limbe just completed its rise to the top by qualifying for the Elite One, OFTA has rather completed its decline to the regional league.

Just two seasons ago, OFTA Kribi was playing the Elite One before they were relegated to the Elite Two. Just one year in the Elite Two, the team has now been relegated to the South Regional League.

OFTA of Kribi has recorded just one victory in the current MTN Elite Two championship, seven draws, and 14 defeats: picking up 10 points out of a possible 66.
