31-year-old Cameroon international striker Ronald Ngah was on target, on Tuesday, March 4, in Al Khor’s 2-3 defeat by Muaither SC in the Qatargas League.
Ngah climbed off the bench and scored one of the goals as his club lost by the odd goal in five.
Muaither SC managed took the lead, barely two minutes to the start of the encounter.
Ngah’s opponents succeeded in added their advantage at the 24th and 40th minutes each . As the score remained 3-0.
Jugurtha Hamron and Ismail Haddad created goal chances for Al Khor but they were futile, until the 55th minutes when they reduced the score to 1-3.
The former Cotonsport forward, came off the bench to hit Al Khor’s second goal at the 78th minutes.
Unfortunately there wasn’t another goal as it stayed 3-2 till the end.
It is the third goal of the season for Ngah who only joined the club in January as a free agent.
Al Khor have recorded their second defeat, losing their position of first with 22 points. Meanwhile, their immediate rivals Muaither SC takes the lead with 25 points.
Ngah has played for Malaysian Super League club Kedah Darul Aman, Mount Cameroon FC and a number of clubs across the globe.
The native of Tiko has featured twice for Cameroon and scored one goal.
