Team Believe FC have unveiled a new coach ahead of the 2023/2024 football season.
Coach Obi Carlson was unveiled Wednesday November 29, 2023, at the club’s headquarters in Bamenda.
According to kosi_foottalk, the newly promoted North West regional league club signed coach Obi Carlson on a contract that will see him at the helm of the technical bench of Team Believe FC for the next two seasons.
According to Talom Christian the President of Team Believe FC, the choice of Obi Carlson is because of his experience in the game especially in the North West region.

Coach Obi Carlson will be assisted by coach Stanley who worked with the team last season.
According to Che Blaise, Team Manager of Team Believe FC, the main objective of the club is to emerge champions of the region and take the team to elite two football.
Before joining Team Believe FC, Coach Obi Carlson last season worked with Rush FM FC.
