Elect-Sport Football and Sports Academy of Limbe are the champions of the 2025/26 South West Regional League after producing a commanding display in the final of the Mini Interpools tournament.

The Limbe-based outfit, headed by President General Esaka Valentine and coached by Njuku Barnabas, were officially crowned champions on Sunday at the Middle Farms Stadium in Limbe following a resounding 5-0 victory over Cinyodev Football Academy of Buea.

Elect-Sport dominated the final from start to finish, underlining the quality that saw them enjoy an impressive campaign throughout the season. Their attacking strength and consistency proved decisive as they completed their regional campaign in emphatic fashion.

Winning the South West Regional Championship means Elect-Sport will now represent the South West Region at the forthcoming National Interpools Tournament, where they will seek promotion to the national football leagues.

One of the key figures behind the club’s successful season was striker Daniel Etinge. The prolific forward finished the 2025/26 campaign as the league’s leading scorer with 12 goals, playing a crucial role in Elect-Sport’s march to the title.

The championship triumph is another significant achievement for football in Limbe and marks an important milestone for a club that has continued to grow in stature within the South West Region.

Elect-Sport now shift their focus to the National Interpools, where they will hope to continue their impressive form and earn a place among Cameroon’s elite clubs.
