Afrocan Angola: Team Cameroon to continue Camp in Luanda

Team Cameroon has on Sunday June 25 left the country for Luanda, Angola, in order to continue preparations for the Afrocan tournament that opens in July.

The squad will begin a close camp on Monday June 24, as they await kickoff to face off with defending champions DR Congo, and Mozambique.

Prior to that, coach Louis Marie Tsoungui and Simon Mbabi had released a provincial 14 man rooster for this tournament meant for home base players.

Four players from recent final four champions FAP , Etienne Tametong, Cedric Tsangue, Cyrille Liale and Valentine Lele.

Other club representatives include ; Jean Paul Mouandjo with BEAC, James Nekthy with Onyx de Yaounde, Rostand Ndong with Douala fire birds just to name a few.

Cameroon will be participating in the Afrocan for the very first time after missing out in the maiden edition in 2019.
