World grappling champion Djihene Abdellilah described the social power behind the project, stressing how sport continues to shape and inspire young Africans. Her message resonated strongly with local communities along the road trip’s first stops.
From Benin to Togo, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Senegal, Mauritania and finally Morocco, the travelling delegation will produce daily multimedia content, meet grassroots groups, and create a shared narrative that blends football passion with cultural identity.
