The Cameroon Football Federation FECAFOOT has lost its appeal in the case against Le Coq Sportif.

After the decision of the earlier proceedings on November 3, 2022 which ruled in favor of Le Coq Sportif and confirmed the abusive breach of their contract with FECAFOOT, the judge of the Paris Tribunal had ordered that the contractual relationship between LCS International and FECAFOOT be maintained and ordered the Cameroon Football Federation to pay 3000 euros as fines.

FECAFOOT later took an appeal of the decision. According to them, LCS International has never respected their own part of the contract.

On June 16, 2023, the Paris Tribunal made public their verdict.

The court decided to maintain the earlier decision and maintained that FECAFOOT abusively terminated their contract with Le Coq Sportif.

The Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, has also been ordered to pay 10million euros (about 7 billion FCFA) to Le Coq Sportif.

The Cameroon Football Federation is yet to make a statement on the latest court decision.
