French Ligue 2 championship outfit FC Metz have reached an agreement to sign Senegalese trio Lamine Camara, Pape Amadou Diallo and Malick Mbaye Leye who masterminded their country’s African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Senegal edged Algeria 5-4 on post-match penalties to become the first West African Nation to win the tournament for players plying their trade in their country.
Lamine, a product of Generation Foot was scintillating in the West African’s maiden triumph, earning three man of the match awards in six games – one of which was in the final.
Metz who has a long standing relationship with Generation Foot have picked up the three guys for an undisclosed fee.
Diallo,18, played all of Senegal’s six games at the CHAN and scored twice en route to the triumph.
