Besiktas SK of Turkey and Dutch side Feyenoord have communicated their offer to sign FC Nantes’ defender Jean-Charles Victor Castelletto this summer.
Reports surfaced from transfer specialists FootMercato on Monday, June 14 that the Northern club has received a €5 offer from their Turkish and Dutch counterparts as part of efforts to recruit the Cameroon international.
Castelletto joined Nantes two seasons ago from Stade Brestois and quickly became a leader at the Stade de la Beaujois, helping the club win the French Cup and achieve UEFA Europa League qualification.
This season Nantes struggled in the League but achieved survival through the relegation playoffs.
In all, the 28-year-old Cameroon international made 48 appearances in all competitions last season.
He is on contract with Nantes till the summer of 2026 but a more tempting offer could cause the club to cash in on the man valued at €5 millions by TransferMkt.
A move to Besiktas who are also linked with a move for Karl Toko Ekambi will reunite him with his international colleague Vincent Aboubakar.
Castelletto is a defense kingpin for Cameroon, having played the Africa Cup of Nations and the FIFA World Cup for his country.
