Experienced Cameroonian Referee, Goretti Nain Diangha Maria has been appointed in the team of match officials for the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations (AWCON) qualifier game pitting the Central African Republic against Mali in Douala on September 22.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced the officials for the game at Douala Reunification stadium earlier this month, pairing Diangha with a crew of Chadian Referees.
Chad’s Lamnga Lare is the game’s Referee while Ngarrasoum Victorine and Ndingadal Homadje will be her assistance.
Diangha is the game’s reserved Referee while Latre Kayi Lawson of Togo and Cameroon’s Moussa are match commissioner and Medical officer respectively.
The second round qualifier match is the first-leg of the tie which will be completed in Bamako.
The crew of experienced officials will have a tough test in the meeting of two nations keen on making it to the finals in Morocco, having missed out last time out.
