Kassali Goma, Eno Brandon plus substitutes Kamilou Daouda and Jean Eric Moursou were on target on Thursday in Bertoua as defending champions Cotonsport of Garoua outclassed 2013 winners Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda by 4-0 in the 32nd final clash of the 2013 Cup of Cameroon in Bertoua.

Coach Jean Baptiste Bisseck’s team scored twice in each half to ensure they extinguished YOSA’s hopes of having a good run in the competition while continuing their drive towards another cup success.

YOSA who had been eliminated in the first round of the previous three seasons didn’t do a thing to change that, as Cotonsport dominated from start to finish.

Kassali found the back of the YOSA net 14 minutes into the contest, sending the dominantly Coton fans into early frenzy.

It was soon 2-0 as Eno squeezed the ball into the YOSA net with a close range shot after a well-worked move.

Cotonsport were in a commanding position and kept the lead till the break though YOSA had a chance of their own but didn’t make the most of it.

Kamilou was introduced just before the start of the second segment and he created an almost instant impact when he scored the third goal in the 58th minute, killing any hopes of a comeback for YOSA.

The goal meant scored for Cotonsport in ten different cup season as he continued to write his story as the club’s greatest player of all time.

Fellow substitute Moursou completed the job when he put the ball into the back of the YOSA net to make it 4-0.

It finished 4-0 and Cotonsport advanced to the next round. They will face the winner between APEJES of Mfou and Best Talents FC.
