The General Manager of the Cameroon Telecommunications Company (CAMTEL) Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi , on Friday, January 6,2023 received in audience the President of Cameroon Football Federation, Samuel Eto’o Fils.

Both levelheaded decision markers, had an extensive discussion on the signing of a partnership deal, between both entities.

And had time to review the Indomitable Lions participation, in the just ended 22nd edition of the Qatari Men’s national football Jamboree.

Cameroon left the world soccer fiesta,as third in Group G with four points, four goals scored, one victory, one draw and a defeat.

The team led by Cameroonian-born Head Coach, Rigobert Song had ended the record of Brazil’s seven game unbeaten streak at the group stage.

Cameroon becomes the first African team to beat Brazil in a World Cup encounter.

The Qatar 2022 competition, saw the best performance of the Indomitable Lions at the World Cup in over a decade.

The first African nation to be led by an African coach, to beat five times World Cup title holder, Brazil at the World Cup.

The five star African Champions got two man of the match trophies: Team Captain and scorer of two goals and one assist at the World Cup Qatar 2022, Vincent Aboubakar and Goal keeper Davis Epassy who played the match against Serbia and Brazil.

Apart from being partners of the Cameroon Athletic Federation, The Volleyball Federation and the Table Tennis Federation,the Cameroon Football Federation could also join the train of other federations, to benefit from the juicy and huge support offered by Camtel in the promotion of sports.
