Cameroon vice champions Bamboutos FC of Mbouda have issued a release suspending duo Patrick Leonel Kibyen and skipper Junior Brandon Njoufack owing to what the club described as recurrent indiscipline.
A release issued this Friday revealed that the players have had their working relationship terminated due to unjustified absences, thus forcing their clubs to excommunicate them.
“We have observed with regret the regular violation of article 5 of their contract, repeated absence from training, continuous absence from training, rebellion and non respect professional norms. The players named below have been banned from all club activities,” a portion of the release from Mr Pascal Dissock’s read.
Njoufack who captained Bamboutos FC to their Cameroon super cup win against Cotonsport will be reported to FECAFOOT for further actions.
Kibyen is no stranger to internal disciplinary actions, but it’s strange to hear Njoufack’s name in such. Once upon a time they say begins a story.
