Ghanaian coach Asare Bediako Agyemang and his representative are expected to be in Cameroon this weekend to discuss final terms to enhance his appointment as head coach of Cameroon Elite One championship side Bamboutos FC of Mbouda.
The 64-year-old former Hearts of Oak trainer is in advanced stage of the negotiation to become Yves Clement Arroga’s replacement as coach of the Mangwa Boys.
Bamboutos FC is expected to finalize the move and issue a public statement to that effect.
The new gaffer will arrive this Sunday and immediately hold a meeting with the club administration.
If all go as planned, the Bamboutos FC new trainer in-waiting will get a chance to prove himself abroad, having left a lasting impression back in Ghana via multiple clubs.
Bamboutos FC will participate in the 2023/24 CAF Champions League. The club has been busy signing players as part of efforts to prepare themselves for the task ahead.
