The third edition of the 2023 Anafoot Talent Tournament,has ended with the East regional pole emerging overall champions on August 18,at the CAF Excellence Centre at Mbankomo.
The boys of coach Thierry Ndouyong played a 1-1 draw through out ninety minutes.It was during the penalty session, that Ngobara Ndongmoui and teams managed to pick an 12-11 win against the Centre region team.
This was after both sides had finished,as leaders of their various groups each. With the East region leading group A with 11 points. While , the Centre region led group B with 10 points.
Ngobara Ndongmoui from the East region ends top goalscorer. Likewise the the South West region.
The curtains of the competition will be drawn, on August 19,at the Omnisport Annex One Stadium, with the award of trophies to the most outstanding actors .
After playing under the watchful eyes of some selected football tacticians from Anafoot,these players shall have the opportunity to rub shoulders with, elite clubs as well as benefit from foreign training in renown soccer academies abroad.
