Cameroonian forward Kevin Prince Milla, is set to join Belgian top-flighty side KAA Gent on a three-year-old from Cameroon Elite One side Renaissance of Ngoumou.
According to multiple reports, Renaissance of Ngoumou have agreed to transfer the big striker to the Belgian outfit for an undisclosed fee as they work on improving their frontline from next summer.
Milla, 20, is expected to travel to Belgium in the days ahead with his representatives to finalize formalities for the transfer.
If all go as reported, then Milla will join veteran defender and club captain Michael Ngadeu at the club and add to the Cameroonian colony in Belgium.
The lethal finisher who has spent six years with the center region club scored over 50 goals for them. His performances at Renaissance caught the attention of many scouts in the past but must of the arrangements didn’t produce results.
The former Cameroon U20 international and scorer of two goals at the 2020 AFCON for that category in Mauritania was part of the Olympic Lions team that had to be in camp to prepare for their qualifier games against Gabon at home and away.
It’s unclear if Milla will remain in Europe after completing the formalities with Gent or return to the Cameroon camp in Yaounde.
