Jephter Arrey’s rise has been built on consistency, leadership and quality in the final third. The attacking midfielder joined Dynamo de Douala ahead of the 2025/26 MTN Elite One season after captaining ISOHSA FC in Elite Two, where he established himself as one of the club’s most influential players.

The move to the Bon Ba Djob proved to be a masterstroke. Arriving from ISOHSA as one of Dynamo’s key summer recruits, Arrey quickly adapted to top-flight football and became a cornerstone of the club’s title challenge.

Operating as a refined playmaker, Arrey finished the campaign with an impressive 18 goal contributions, scoring 9 goals and providing 9 assists as Dynamo ended the season as MTN Elite One runners-up. His intelligence between the lines, creativity and ability to both score and create made him one of the most complete attacking midfielders in the championship.

One of his standout moments came in Dynamo’s comeback victory over Coton Sport, where he netted the winning goal in a 2-1 triumph. Earlier in the season, he also announced himself with a brilliant hat-trick and an assist against Aigle Royal du Moungo, underlining his ability to decide games.

Arrey also caught the attention of the national team setup. He earned a call-up to David Pagou’s home-based Indomitable Lions selection and provided the assist for the team’s only goal during a preparatory training camp, further highlighting his growing reputation.

At just 20 years old, Jephter Arrey has enjoyed a breakthrough season that has firmly established him as one of Cameroon’s brightest young creative midfielders. With his vision, technical quality and end product, the former ISOHSA captain looks destined for even bigger stages.
