  • The league will not commence in November, as Fecafoot unveils a packed football calendar for the month
  • Instead of league matches, fans can look forward to the inaugural Women’s Super Cup and crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers
  • The new Guinness super league season is set to kick off on November 30

League champions Victoria United will go head-to-head with cup winners Colombe Sportive of Dja and Lobo on November 24 for the coveted Super Cup title at the Stade Mbappé Léppé.

This showdown marks their second encounter this season, following a fiercely contested playoff clash earlier.

The match serves as a fitting finale to the previous season, with a new league campaign on the horizon. While the kickoff date remains under wraps, FECAFOOT’s communication officer hinted that an announcement will follow the General Assembly on November 16 at the CAF Excellence Center in Mbankomo, after an executive committee meeting on November 15.

November’s football calendar is packed, featuring the inaugural Women’s Super Cup between FC Ebolowa and Lekie Football Fille at Yaoundé Military Stadium on November 15, which will conclude the women’s season before a fresh campaign begins on November 30.

Additionally, the Indomitable Lions will wrap up their Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers this month, facing Namibia in Johannesburg on November 13 and hosting Zimbabwe at Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium on November 19.
