The Union of Central African Football Federations (UNIFFAC) have announced the organization of two significant workshops aimed at elevating the standards of football coaching and technical management within the region.
Set to take place at the prestigious Vallée des Princes Hotel in Douala, Cameroon, these workshops aim to foster talent and enhance the strategic capabilities of football professionals.
From November 18 to 20, 2024, UNIFFAC will host a comprehensive training and capacity-building workshop specifically designed for National Technical Directors. This workshop aims to equip these key figures with advanced methodologies and best practices that are essential for developing robust football programs at the national level.
Following this, from November 20 to 23, 2024, a specialized training workshop will be conducted for coaches of Senior and U20 Women’s National Teams.
This communique was released on November 12 and signed by Executive Director Martin N. Etonge. Notably, this marks UNIFFAC’s third tournament organized in Cameroon, following the last event held in March.
