Legendary Nigerian Premier League outfit, Kano Pillars have appointed and unveiled Usman Abdullah as their new Technical Adviser ahead of the 2024/25 season.

The experienced trainer joins the Sai Masu Gida on a two-year contract with Pillars hoping to benefit from his vast experience during that time.

“Kano Pillars FC is delighted to announce the appointment of Usman Abdallah as our new Technical Adviser. The experienced coach has signed a two-year contract with an option for a third, bringing his wealth of expertise to Sai Masu Gida.”

“We are excited for the journey ahead and confident that Coach Abdallah will steer the team to new heights,” a club statement read.

The UEFA License A holder is an excellent trainer with a vast knowledge on Nigerian Football and beyond.

Usman Abdallah boasts an impressive resume, having previously served as the assistant coach of the Nigeria National Team, the Super Eagles.

His successful stint at Enyimba International FC saw him lead the team to a Nigeria Premier League title. He has also made significant contributions at Wikki Tourists and Katsina United.

The four time Nigerian champions and two-time Cup winners will kick-off the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League season at home against the newly-promoted Ikorodu City of Lagos.
