The journey to get the champions of the 2024/2025 season in the North West Regional League shall begin on Saturday July 19, 2025 in Bamenda, North West region of Cameroon.

Initially scheduled to begin on July 16, the North West Regional League Secretary General, Ndi Tsembom Elvis, has announced a change of date following consultations with President Pasi Jefter and other stakeholders involved in the organization.

“The Secretary General of FECAFOOT North West after consultation with the President, hereby announces that the Regional Mini-interpools initially scheduled to commence on the 16th July 2025 has been moved to Saturday the 19th July 2025,” the release stated, before providing further details on their action plan.

According to the new schedule, there shall be a meeting with club presidents, members of the referees appointment commission and members of the media and marketing commission on Wednesday July 16, 2025 coupled with a Press Conference to take place on Friday July 18, 2025.

The quarter-finals fixtures of this year’s North West Regional League mini interpools shall be as follows:

Upcoming ambitious side Dream team of Bamenda will test their soccer strength against historic Rockland of Belo, while last year’s champions Options Sports of Bamenda will continue their quest to retain their title against mini interpools regular Vision of Bamenda.

Elsewhere, Mankon United will be up against it when they fold their sleeves against an experienced Mysoccer FC side while 2022 champions Hilltop Strikers complete the quartet of matches with a date against All Stars FC.

Complete Fixtures:

– Rockland FC Belo vs Dream Team

– Vision Sports FC vs Options Sports Academy of Bamenda

– Mankon United FC vs My Soccer Center

– Hilltop Strikers F.A vs All Stars F.A

The champions shall represent the North West region in the 2025 national interpools.

Northwest clubs have fared well in recent years at the national interpools; with Bafmeng United FA, Rangers of Bafut and Foncha Street (now Ngokentunja FC) all securing promotion to the second tier championship via the competition.

The expectation of many from the football loving people of and from the Northwest region is that the region enjoys success in the regional playoffs and the champions go on to fetch another Elite Two berth for the region, at the time the region has just inaugurated its first-ever Modern pitch in Ntaafi and is working on more football infrastructures.
