  • Ndoumbe Bosso, has joined Dynamo on a one-year contract
  • He comes as a replacement for Yves Clement Arroga , who resigned during the playoff up
  • His track record includes multiple cup of Cameroon wins with Fovu, Yong sport, and helping Union avoid relegation

63-year-old Emmanuel Ndoumbe Bosso has inked a deal with Dynamo, committing to a one-year tenure. The seasoned coach, formerly associated with Fovu of Baham, now joins Les Bon Djob after a six-month stint with Union.

As a multiple-time winner of the Cameroon Cup, Ndoumbe Bosso steps into the role with high expectations. His task? To build upon the foundation laid by former coach Yves Clement Arroga and lead Dynamo towards clinching the league title in their second consecutive attempt.

Last season, Dynamo finished atop their group, competing against household names like Canon Sportive. However, their playoff performance fell short, particularly after losing star player Leonel Ateba. Various logistical challenges led to Arroga’s departure from the club even before the season’s end.

Ndoumbe Bosso brings a wealth of experience to the squad. In the past year, he guided Fovu to victory in the Cameroon Cup, helped Union avoid relegation, and steered them to the 32nd finals of the same competition.

His coaching journey includes serving as an assistant coach for the intermediate lions and working with top clubs such as Cotonsport, Yong Sports Academy, Fauve Azur, and Bamboutos of Mbouda. These credentials position him well to assist ambitious Dynamo in their quest for league success.

Looking ahead, Ndoumbe Bosso will focus on recruitment for the upcoming season. While Dynamo, like many clubs across the country, has yet to commence preparations, last season’s performance suggests they are quietly laying the groundwork.

As for the official season start date, the Cameroon Football Federation remains silent. Only after the Cup of Cameroon finals between Colombe Sportive and Aigle of the Menoua will the football season draw to a close, paving the way for new beginnings.
