Ndedi, who schooled at GHS Idenau has penned a one-year-contract with the Maiduguri Club.
Newly-promoted warriors rope in the combative player to strengthen their midfield ahead of the new Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season to kick-off in the weeks ahead.
For Ndedi, the move will provide another platform for the 26-year-old to continue his development and asserting himself in Nigerian Football.
The former Shooting stars midfielder is one of multiple additions Warrior have made in prelude for the new season.
