Naomi Eto Signs with Paris Saint-Germain but Joins Sassuolo on Loan

20-year-old Naomi Eto has signed a two-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) until June 2027. As part of her development, Eto will join Italian club US Sassuolo Calcio on loan for the 2025-2026 season.

Naomi Eto joins Sasuollo

Born on September 29, 2004, the Cameroon striker has proven to be talented in all aspects. She joined the Roger Milla Football Academy at 14 and quickly rose to prominence with Amazones FAP, winning the Revelation of the Season award at the 2021 Guinness Super Awards. Her outstanding performance earned her the captaincy of the U20 Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon.

During the 2024 FIFA U20 women’s world Cup in Colombia, Eto showcased her skills scoring four remarkable goals, including the two goals in their 2-2 draw against Mexico during Cameroon’s group A opener

Eto has also earned recognitions at the Continental level. She was nominated for the Young player of the Year award at the 2025 CAF awards proving her exceptionality

With excitement, Eto expressed, “Signing with PSG is a great pride for me and my family. This loan to Sassuolo will allow me to play more matches and continue to progress.” Eto further outlined, “My goal is to come back stronger and reach new heights this season.”
