Former PWD Bamenda and Rangers FC Bafut midfielder Malachi Nfor Che scored a brace for Bafmeng United on matchday 8 of the MTN Elite Two championship against Foncha Street FC.
Played at the University of Bamenda stadium, Bafmeng United came back to winning ways after losing points earlier to Foncha Street FC after the homologation commission decision.
After dominating possession of the ball in the first half of the match, it was Bafmeng United that was clinical in front of goal at the 40th minute of play when Malachi Nfor Che took advantage of a run by Oliver Ngong to score the opening goal of the match.
Barely five minutes into the second half, Oliver Ngong again found Malachi Nfor who headed pass goalkeeper Tamasang Roger of Foncha Street FC.
Oliver Ngong received a second yellow at the 75th minute of play before Fale Humphrey scored one back for Foncha street FC with five minutes to the end of the match.
The two goals from Malachi Nfor in today’s match means that he has now scored three goals in his last two games for Bafmeng United.
