French Ligue 2 side SC Bastia have completed the signing of exciting Cameroon international Loïc Etoga on a two-year contract with an option for an additional season.

Etoga joins the club from Dijon after an exciting season which saw him feature regularly and attract interest from a number of clubs keen on getting his signature even before the end of season.

Etoga made 19 appearances for Dijon last season from which he scored once and made two assists.

Despite interest from even top-flight championship outfits the former Cameroon U-17 international and winner of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) opted for a move to the second tier championship, likely to ensure gradual progress.

The 21-year-old AS International product who also represented Cameroon at U-20 category will be an attraction in Ligue 2 if he keeps the same standards he set in his line season in the national championship.
