Former Cameroon international Jules Stéphane Goda has completed a move to fifth tier French outfit FC Montlouis on a one-year contract.
The 35-year-old joined the club on Monday from Tours FC which he spent the past seven seasons.
The move will mark the beginning of a new chapter in the career of the former Olympique Marseille and AEL keeper who has spent the best part of his career in France.
Goda, who also played for SC Bastia and Portimonense Sporting Clube is expected to serve as a goalkeeper and trainer at his new club while waiting to commit fully as a trainer when he finally retires from the game.
The native of Yaoundé won three caps for his country and played a part in securing Cameroon’s fifth Africa Cup of Nations title in Gabon back in 2017.
