ISOHSA have dismissed recent rumors regarding a transfer offer for their standout player, Albert Tiku Egbe.
Tiku’s name has been in the rumour mill of domestic and international transfer in the past two weeks with some social media reporting Dynamo offered 10 millions FCFA to rope in the player.
The club’s vice president, Angu Lesley has told kick442.com in a formal conversation that reports surrounding the players future are untrue.
“We have not received any offer or set any price tag for Albert Tiku,” This counters claims that Dynamo of Douala have made a 10 million FCFA bid for the talented forward.
“At some point in time reporters need to be more responsible as their works may create a rift between us and the public. We have had this 10 millions FCFA story for the past two transfer window though we never received such an offer,” Angu reiterated.
Tiku, a pivotal figure in ISOHSA’s journey through Cameroon’s second-flight championship, played a crucial role last season in helping the team maintain its Elite Two status. His impressive performances included eight goal contribution, thus explaining why he is highly-rated and counts as ISOHSA aims to qualify for Elite One next season, coinciding with the club’s 10-year anniversary.
