Kylian Mbappe\u2019s visit to Cameroon is still topping major headlines across the nation since his arrival on Thursday, July 6 for a three day visit which began same day he landed on home soil.<\/p>\n
The 24-year-old French National football team captain and PSG striker born to a Cameroonian father, Wilfried Mbappe surprisingly paid a visit to Cameroon for the second time since he was born in France.<\/p>\n
He made his first stop at the headquarters of Association for the Fight against Hearing Loss in Cameroon (ALDAC), which he supports and had completely renovated their structure.<\/p>\n
On the morning of Friday July 7, Mbappe visited the school for deaf and hard-of-hearing children run by the Foundation for the Education and Promotion of People with Hearing Impairments in Yaounde.<\/p>\n
Same day, he paid a visit to Cameroon\u2019s Prime Minister and head of government, Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute, as well as the Minister of Sports and Physical Education Narcisse Mouelle.<\/p>\n
As indicated in his three day visit program to Cameroon, Mbappe arrived Douala this Saturday morning and was received at the Douala international airport by hundreds of fans and media personnels.<\/p>\n
The football star made a quick stop at Ecole Publique of Bonandele in Douala where he was received by the community, fans and cultural groups chanting songs of praise to the Franco-Cameroonian star<\/p>\n
The Djabele Island was Mbappe\u2019s last but one stop and the highlight of his visit to Cameroon(his village)where the whole community came out to welcome their son who was accompanied by his mother, Fayza Lamari, Prof Narcisse Mouelle Kombi, Joseph Antoine Bell and several other dignitaries.<\/p>\n
The French captain is en route to France after an eventful tour in his Father\u2019s homeland, a visit he may not forget in a hurry.<\/p>\n
