Moroccan National Airline Royal Air Maroc has made available 30 Airbuses to transport fans from Casablanca to Doha on Tuesday for the World Cup semi-final.<\/p>\n

These planes are meant to transport Moroccan fans who will be supporting the Atlas lions when they take on France in the semi final.<\/p>\n

\u201cMorocco is writing history in Qatar. The exceptional and heroic performance of the national team during the 2022 World Cup will forever be engraved in the memory of Moroccans,\u201d Royal Air Maroc said in a statement published on Monday.<\/p>\n

The 30 flights will each have on board 200 fans who are expected to join the fans already on ground in Qatar before Wednesday.<\/p>\n

By implication over 6000 fans will fly into Doha from Morocco with hopes to get a place in the 68000 seater Stadium.<\/p>\n

The flights to and from Morocco will cost only \u20ac500 which is a way to motivate fans to help push the Atlas lions to an anticipated historic victory over defending champions.<\/p>\n

Over 45000 tickets have been made available for team Morocco fans in the semi final game in a 68895 capacity Al Bafut stadium.<\/p>\n

During the quarter finals seven flights flew into Doha from Morocco and the impact was immense as African World Cup history was attained.<\/p>\n

“We are proud to be able to accompany this exceptional adventure of the Atlas Lions at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
\nWe are all behind the Atlas Lions,” CEO of Royal Air Maroc Abdelhamid Addou told the media.<\/p>\n

The Moroccan fans have always pulled the magic for the team and having more fans coming into Doha will be a great boost to the team.<\/p>\n

This gesture by Air Maroc is one that will go down in the good books of Moroccan and African football history for the 12th man is the most important push factor of a football team.<\/p>\n
