Uganda champions Vipers will hope to complete a league double when they play Police FC in the finals of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.<\/p>\n

The venoms stormed the finals after a 4-1 aggregate win over UPL side Bright Stars despite losing the return leg on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n

Alex Iabirye’s side meet a tricky side which trades currently in the FUFA Big League.The Cops eliminated Adjumani to reach the finals.<\/p>\n

\"\"This will be the third consecutive Cup final Vipers are in. In 2022 they lost 3-1 to Bul as their dream double was shattered.<\/p>\n

The venoms come into Saturday’s final game with motivation to elude the past memories that transpired at Booma grounds last year.<\/p>\n

Vipers are currently guided by the same tactician Isabirye who won Bul their first ever Uganda Cup trophy and holds 3 titles to his name in this competition.<\/p>\n

The closing ceremony of the Uganda Cup finals will be at Akii-Bua Memorial Stadium ,Lira.<\/p>\n
