Match round one and two of the 2023 Southwest Futsal championship produced fireworks on Tuesday at the University of Buea Sports complex as the long-awaited event finally got underway.<\/p>\n

Cinyodev FA of Buea, Options Sports Academy and Yellow Team produced stellar performances which earned two commanding victories and a spot in the semi-final of the championship which has 12 clubs grouped in three pools.<\/p>\n

Cinyodev FA, Options Sports Academy of Limbe and Yellow Team Buea won their respective Pools with six points from two games and are joined in the semi-final by Aljazeera Sports Academy of Muyuka who finished second in Pool C.<\/p>\n

The winner of the semi-finals will play the final that is scheduled to start at 1PM at the campus of the University of Buea.<\/p>\n

In a related development, the Women’s selection of Volcanic Warriors clashes with Nkongteh Sports Academy at 11:15AM.<\/p>\n

As it has been the case from the beginning, all matches shall be played at the University of Buea handball court.<\/p>\n
