{"id":6478,"date":"2023-04-28T02:00:22","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T02:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=6478"},"modified":"2023-04-28T02:00:22","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T02:00:22","slug":"cameroon-alioum-comforts-brutalized-match-officials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/cameroon-alioum-comforts-brutalized-match-officials\/","title":{"rendered":"Cameroon: Alioum comforts brutalized match officials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>President Alioum Sidi of the Cameroon Referees Association paid a solidarity visit to injured Oumar Moctar and Chenwi Celestine who suffered varied injuries from the attacks by fans during last Wednesday&#8217;s MTN Elite 2 championship game pitting Lausanne of Yaounde against Rangers of Bafut.<\/p>\n<p>Fans which the Cameroon football federation (FECAFOOT) identified this Thursday, April 27 as Lausanne fans battered both men after the game played on Thursday at the Olembe Annex stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Reports earlier today suggested both match officials needed intensive care, but there has been assurance all will be well.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our injured colleagues are fine for the moment.
