{"id":5769,"date":"2023-04-05T18:40:25","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T18:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=5769"},"modified":"2023-04-06T03:20:00","modified_gmt":"2023-04-06T03:20:00","slug":"fecafoot-comes-to-the-rescue-of-j-p-akono","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/fecafoot-comes-to-the-rescue-of-j-p-akono\/","title":{"rendered":"FECAFOOT reach out to ailing Jean Paul Akono"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Former Indomitable Lions of Cameroon forward, Emmanuel Maboang Kessack paid a solidarity visit to ailing veteran coach Jean-Paul Akono on Wednesday, April 5.<\/p>\n<p>Kessack in his capacity as the special envoy of president Samuel Eto&#8217;o of the Cameroon football federation (FECAFOOT) was accompanied by ex-colleague Serge Branco, who doubles as spokesperson of 2002 generation of the Indomitable Lions.<\/p>\n<p>Akono received both men at his residence and spent time together, detailing the state of his health onward transmission of the information to Eto&#8217;o for immediate action.<\/p>\n<p>Reports have it that the 71-year-old has serious complications with his right leg as a result of an implantation done back in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time coach Akono suffers a breakdown.
