Indomitable Lions of Cameroon defender Christopher Maurice Wooh has recovered from the head injury that took him out of Friday’s 1-1 draw against Namibia in the 41st minute but hasn’t been cleared for the game in South Africa.<\/p>\n

Cameroon will face Namibia on Tuesday in match day four of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier without Wooh because the country’s medical staff has advised the Stade Rennes’ defender be kept out of the fixture as he continues his recovery.<\/p>\n

Wooh, 21, spent 24 hours in the intensive care unit of the Yaounde General Hospital but took to social media on Saturday reassure his fans and we’ll wishers about his situation.<\/p>\n
