Struggling Cameroon Elite One championship side PWD of Bamenda, have announced the immediate suspension of their interim coach Alain Roger Nseme, this following a board decision on Monday, March 6.<\/p>\n

kick442.com understands the club communicated the decision to the coach this Tuesday and issued a release to confirm the move.<\/p>\n

“PWD SFC of Bamenda after careful consideration, has indefinitely suspended the interim coach and physical fitness trainer Nseme Roger Alain. Further details will be provided later,” a club statement read.<\/p>\n

Nseme initially joined the Club as fitness trainer in the build up to the current season, but replaced Martin Nkabyo who was sacked as head coach in October 2022.<\/p>\n

In 11 games as interim coach, he stirred the club to four wins, one draw and six defeats.<\/p>\n

Last Sunday’s 0-2 defeat against Stade Renard was the last game in the dugout for the former Aigle Royal and Unisport of Bafang trainer.<\/p>\n

Though the team got all of its 13 points this season under Nseme, he couldn’t help them out of the relegation zone, thus prompting the decision to sanction his suspension.<\/p>\n

The Abakwa Boys have returned to work this Tuesday morning in preparations for their next league outing against Avion Academy of Douala.<\/p>\n

There will be a third technical leader in the PWD dugout during their Match Day 16 game the MTN Elite One championship in Bamendzi this weekend.<\/p>\n

Inside sources indicates that, former Foncha Street FC gaffer Soh Simplis Magloire and former PWD Technical Director Tama Wango will prepare the team ahead of their upcoming fixtures.<\/p>\n
