Authentic FC of Douala and Louves Minproff of Yaounde, are set to go head to head in the final of the 2023 Cameroon women’s cup.<\/p>\n
This follows semi-final games played on Friday March 03, at the Ngoa Ekelle stadium in Yaounde.<\/p>\n
Authentic FC of Douala edged Guiness Super League side Ngadeu FF 1-0, to seal their spot for their maiden finale.<\/p>\n
Authentic FC needed a late goal from Solange Larkingam with 11 minutes of regulation time left to play (79 minute), to breakdown a stubborn Ngadeu FF side. Tim Shalom and her Authentic FC teammates came into the game in high spirits, after brushing away littoral side AJSAC FC 7-1 in the quarter-final. It was also a boast for them to have goalkeeper Liliane Choumba back between the sticks, after she had missed the previous games via suspension.<\/p>\n
Louves Minproff sees off AS Fortuna<\/strong><\/p>\n In the second game played at the Ngoa Ekelle stadium on Friday, Louves Minproff confirmed their supremacy over AS Fortuna.<\/p>\n A First half goal from Ghislaine Larissa Nkou, had put Louves Minproff in front before the break.
