Bad\u00eda is preparing the team for the 2026\u201327 Concacaf Nations League, with Haiti competing in League A.<\/p>\n<p>The appointment will be of particular interest in Cameroon, given Kameni\u2019s recent involvement with the Indomitable Lions. The former national-team goalkeeper served as Cameroon\u2019s goalkeeper coach under head coach Marc Brys, forming part of the technical staff during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Kameni\u2019s return to the international scene comes after a remarkable playing career that saw him represent Cameroon at the highest level. He was part of the squad that won Olympic gold in 2000 and lifted the Africa Cup of Nations in 2002.<\/p>\n<p>The former Espanyol and M\u00e1laga goalkeeper is now taking his expertise to Haiti, where he will work with the country\u2019s goalkeepers as the Grenadiers begin a new cycle following their participation at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Haiti\u2019s Nations League campaign begins on September 24 against Trinidad and Tobago, before a September 27 meeting with Costa Rica. The Grenadiers will then face the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica again in October.
