Experienced tactician Ngwa Remy has been unveiled as the new head coach of North West Regional Super League champions Mankon United FC ahead of the 2026\/27 season.<\/p>\n

Remy was officially unveiled today after signing a one-year contract with the Bamenda-based club, who are preparing for another campaign with promotion to the Elite Two as their major objective.<\/p>\n

The experienced coach arrives after guiding Dream Team FC to a runners-up finish in the North West Regional League last season, with Mankon United eventually crowned champions. He previously worked with Rainbow FC and Hilltop Strikers.<\/p>\n

Remy has built a reputation as a serial winner wherever he has worked, and Mankon United will be hoping his experience and winning mentality can help the club achieve its promotion objective.<\/p>\n

Mankon United narrowly missed out on promotion last season despite winning the North West Regional League title, falling at the semi-final stage of the Interpools.<\/p>\n

Remy replaces coach Hamlet, who has returned to Bafmeng United FA after leading Mankon United to the regional championship.<\/p>\n

His arrival gives Mankon United a new technical direction as the club looks to turn regional success into promotion to Cameroon\u2019s second tier.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
