Cameroonian match officials received a standing ovation from supporters of both teams after overseeing the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round encounter between Nigeria\u2019s Shooting Stars and Tunisia\u2019s CS Sfaxien.<\/p>\n
Referee Fodouop Yannick and his fellow Cameroonians Vincent Nkemazem, Yamen \u00c9ric and Mefire Aboul Abdel earned widespread applause from both sets of fans at the end of a closely contested encounter, in a strong endorsement of their performance.<\/p>\n
Fodouop served as the centre referee, with Nkemazem and Yamen \u00c9ric operating as assistant referees, while Mefire Aboul Abdel was the fourth official.<\/p>\n
The quartet successfully navigated the intense encounter as Shooting Stars claimed a 1-0 victory over the Tunisian giants.<\/p>\n
