USM Alger have confirmed a new long-term contract for head coach Lamine Ndiaye, keeping him at the club until 2028 following a highly successful spell that has already delivered silverware and reshaped the team\u2019s identity \u2014 with Cameroon defender Che Malone emerging as one of the key pillars of the squad.<\/p>\n

Ndiaye\u2019s arrival midway through last season from TP Mazembe marked a clear turning point for USM Alger, who quickly moved from inconsistency to a more structured and competitive side. His influence was immediate, restoring discipline, tactical clarity and confidence across the team.<\/p>\n
