Cape Verde President Jos\u00e9 Maria Pereira Neves has suggested that veteran goalkeeper Vozinha deserves to be immortalised with a statue following his outstanding performance against Spain at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.<\/p>\n

The Head of State made the remark on Facebook after sharing a fan-created image depicting a statue of the 40-year-old goalkeeper.<\/p>\n
