{"id":28581,"date":"2026-05-25T12:02:25","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T12:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=28581"},"modified":"2026-05-25T12:02:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T12:02:25","slug":"elite-one-title-chasing-unisport-return-to-winning-ways-as-victoria-united-lose-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/elite-one-title-chasing-unisport-return-to-winning-ways-as-victoria-united-lose-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Elite One: Title-Chasing Unisport Return to Winning Ways as Victoria United Lose Again"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By Angu Lesley<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Title contenders Unisport du Haut-Nkam bounced back strongly from their heavy defeat to PWD Bamenda with an impressive 4-2 away victory over Victoria United FC on Match Day 20 of the MTN Elite One championship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Playing at the Centenary Stadium in Limbe, Unisport showed resilience and attacking quality to revive their title ambitions after suffering a painful setback in their previous outing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jacques Ekolowa gave the visitors the lead in the 37th minute before Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Selle equalised shortly after the break for Victoria United.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Bafang-based side responded like genuine championship contenders. Koloto Vivien restored Unisport\u2019s advantage in the 55th minute before Achille Fonkem added a third in the 76th minute.
